Dear potential customer it is very important for you to read and understand all the terms and conditions listed below, which will serve as an agreement between "We Host Anyone" and the customer.

By signing this form all the clients making contract/agreement with "We Host Anyone" will provide access to designated server area or web hosting space and the client after reading all the terms and conditions for web hosting, agreed that under following terms and conditions only, listed below, will receive web hosting services from "We Host Anyone".

All the terms and conditions listed below will be inseparable part of the service contract between you and "We Host Anyone". All the customers applying for our service or services, have to agree to all the conditions listed below or order will note be processed.

1. By submitting this order form Client authorizes "We Host Anyone" to charge all the fees a associated with the ordered service/services to the submitted credit card or checking account "We Host Anyone" reserves the right, to cancel any customer's account upon the indication of any payment problems.

2. All the customer's virtual server/servers or Web hosting package/packages and all other provided services must abide to the laws of the State of California and the US Federal Government.

3. "We Host Anyone" is not responsible for any damages to customer's account due to inability of usage on client's part.

4. It is highly recommended to have your account's files and folders backed up on your local machine drive. "We Host Anyone" is not responsible for back up of data for the customers in a period of time more than 48 hours. If there are any restorations needed over the 48 hour timeframe "We Host Anyone" Web will charge additional fee for restoring files.

5. Customer hereby agrees that all the contents on "We Host Anyone" account will not violate any trademark, copyright or US Federal laws.

6. Customer hereby agrees that any content submitted to their web account through the service provided by "We Host Anyone" will not contain any abusive or unethical material, and will not violate US Federal laws.

7. All of "We Host Anyone" customers should not send any emails to any Internet user who does not wish to receive them (SPAM), furthermore if any Internet user is asking "We Host Anyone" customer to stop sending unwanted emails (SPAM), "We Host Anyone" customer must stop sending it immediately. "We Host Anyone" customers hereby agrees that they should not:

   • Keep any private or secure information on their site due to public nature of Internet, thus all information should be considered publicly accessible and "We Host Anyone" is not responsible for protection and privacy of any email or any information transferred through the Internet.
   • Send massive unsolicited email through their account with "We Host Anyone".

8. All of "We Host Anyone" customers should not have any CGI/Java/VBscritps or any other scripts that may cause server problems. "We Host Anyone" will be fully allegeable to deactivate any script that may cause problems to system performance.

9. All of "We Host Anyone" customers hereby agree that having any adult content or any links from customer's site to any other adult site are strictly prohibited.

10. All of "We Host Anyone" customers understand and hereby agree that upon the cancellation request within the 30 days after the setup date they will get full refund of their account's monthly fees only. Customers hereby agree that setup fee and domain registration fee are non-refundable and upon termination or cancellation of their account it is the customer's obligation to take the domain/s elsewhere if so desired. If the cancellation of contract occurs within the first 30 days after the signup and the particular hosting plan does not have a setup fee, the client will forfeit $15 for any regular shared hosting accounts. This refund policy will not apply to any violators of sections 7 and/or 9 of this Terms and Conditions.

11. All of "We Host Anyone" customers understand and hereby agree that if an account is ordered for 12 months and up, "We Host Anyone" is not charging setup fee for those accounts), upon the cancellation request within the 30 days after the setup date, the full amount will be refunded excluding the sufficient setup fee for that particular account.

12. All of "We Host Anyone"customers understand and hereby agree that "We Host Anyone" will pay for free domain registrations as outlined in the Payment Options description of plans that advertise this offer. The FREE domain will be paid for only the first year and will not be renewed at "We Host Anyone"'s expense. Upon early cancellation of customer's account/contract (time frame indicated in the Payment Options), customer hereby agrees to pay $15.00 per each domain registration (or the price per annual domain registration "We Host Anyone" charges at the time of occurence), since domain(s) will be registered under the customer's name and customer will be the only registered owner of the domain(s) and customer have full rights over registered domain.

13. Customers hereby agree that web-hosting renewal charges are billed automatically. Customer hereby agrees that they are responsible to keep their billing information current.

14. At the beginning of next payment cycle, Customer hereby agrees "We Host Anyone" will begin applying hosting charges against the credit card on file. In the event of processing failure, a notice will be sent to the billing contact by email. If the process continues to fail "We Host Anyone" may or may not contact with customer by phone if it is in USA. Customer hereby agrees if no contact is established in regards to billing, then "We Host Anyone" reserves the right to cancel the account.

15. Upon cancellation Customer hereby agrees to send cancellation request prior to the beginning of next billing cycle to prevent charges from being assessed. Customers hereby agree that web-hosting renewal fees are non refundable.
